Account Scoring — the composite Priority Score
Every institutional account is scored on four dimensions of the ACCESS Method™. The composite Priority Score governs which accounts enter the JBP sequence and which go to a monitored watchlist.
Methodology update
Access-rule revision applied across all subscribing organizations. Authored by the founder. Every subscribing team receives the current method, never a frozen snapshot.
The four scoring dimensions
- 1. Access Difficulty — institutional friction to formulary or purchasing addition. Higher friction = lower score.
- 2. Purchasing Model — public vs. private, tender-governed vs. contract-governed, GPO exposure.
- 3. Therapeutic Fit — clinical indication overlap with the account's treated population.
- 4. Influence Weight — the account's downstream weight on peer institutions in the corridor.
Composite formula
Priority = 0.30 × Fit
+ 0.25 × Influence
+ 0.25 × (100 − Difficulty)
+ 0.20 × PurchasingVersion history
